My name is Jeff Arthur with The Values Conversation here today to talk to us about recognizing God’s handiwork around us. There was not a lot of time that this ever could happen, but I distinctly remember times with my father whenever we driving down the road we would be in the work truck in between jobs and Dad would ask me what I saw in the clouds and what formations I saw. We would talk about whether it was a dog, or an animal, elephant, or some cartoon character or whatever. There were times, not a lot, but there were times where I was able to lay down in the fields and look up and look in the clouds and think about what was up there.

There are times whenever you and I both have opportunity to stop and look around us because the handiwork of God is yelling and screaming at us of his omnipotence, his beauty, and his love for us just through nature around us. Psalm Chapter 19 explains to us that if we stop and look around the heavens are declaring to us the glory and the righteousness of God. Step out of your own little bubble, look around and see, not what man has made or manipulated or screwed up, but look and see what the hand of God has provided for you and me today.
