Hi there. My name is Jeff Arthur with the Values Conversation here to talk to you about making sure you gather all the information before make the decision. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve screwed this up. I am very much a fire-ready aim kinda guy. If I can get it done quickly, and get out of the way, and get on with my life, it’s even better for me. All the time, whenever I do that, when I make the decision too quickly, it seems to always come back to bite me in the backside. I just want to remind you today, especially if you’re an executive, you’re in leadership position, you may have the same kind of tendencies I have, which is to grab the bull by the horns, and run with it, and all that kinda stuff. Take a breath, think it through. If there’s a way for you to gather more information, it’s probably a good idea to get one more view point or to make sure that what you’re thinking is the right way to go.
