Jeff Arthur

Jeff Arthur is the founder and creator of The Values Conversation a unique values assessment tool that helps
organizations and individuals identify what they value most and who they are from those values.

As an Executive Advisor, Jeff has worked with executives, owners, and leaders from small businesses to Fortune
100 companies and served in support of executives and companies with leadership development, team building,
vision casting and strategic planning, personnel hiring, and beyond.

He is a sought-after keynote speaker and is seen as one of the national thought leaders on the impact of our values in corporate hiring, professional growth, personal growth, leadership development, team building, and executive advising.

Jeff is the proud husband of the brilliant and beautiful Dr. Tara Brooks who not only serves as a veterinarian in the St. Louis region but is also the founder of Hope Mending Hearts, a national non-profit organization that specializes in providing funds for emergency animal needs when the owners cannot afford for the care. Along with her local and national work, Dr. Brooks has also worked with the St. Louis Zoo serving in other countries to save and protect different wildlife species.
